Inside

Inside is a one-to-one immersive sound and VR180 installation made for anechoic chambers (soundproof and acoustic-less rooms). Based on interviews with OCD sufferers, Inside aims to present OCD as a subjective, complex and nuanced disorder that cannot be fully understood through language and stereotypical representations. Exploring learning through feeling, the project gives each participant an experience of sensory deprivation, psychoacoustic effects and stereoscopic visuals in order to allow non-OCD sufferers a taste of what sufferers experience on a regular basis.

Inside is a collaboration between Lund-based artist Tim Bishop and singer Hedvig Becke.
